Jen Milum, CPCC, ACC — Your Flightpath Life Coach
I've spent my life collecting experiences that didn't always make sense together - two decades in the corporate world, travels far and wide that humbled and cracked me open, the ongoing adventure of raising two humans who keep me honest, and a coaching practice I launched at 50 because I believe it's never too late to course correct. What I've learned from all of it is that the clearest path forward starts with what's most true.
That's what I bring to your Flightpath experience. A windy path of hard-won wisdom, a deep respect for complexity, and a genuine belief that most of what you need you already have inside you. My job is to help you unearth it.
I'm a certified coach - CPCC from the Co-Active Training Institute, ACC from the International Coaching Federation - but what I really am is someone who listens with more than her ears, asks questions that stir something awake, and stays with you until you feel a spark of recognition.
Off the clock, I'm outside chasing the next horizon, sometimes solo, sometimes with family and friends, and almost always with my sweet but spicy 'Mayzie Dog' close behind.

After 20+ years with my head down raising kids and taking care of my family, I one day looked up, the nest was empty and I didn’t know what was next for me.
I kept thinking about some of the amazing gap year programs for teens as they go from one phase of their lives into another. The pitches were promising: Climb the highest peak! Sail the seven seas! Immerse yourself in another culture and find out what you're made of! I thought, ‘Wait. I want to do that, I want to sail the seven seas to find out what I’m made of! Someone needs to do this for women as we go from one phase in our lives into another!’ And after searching for a travel company that did this, I couldn’t find one.
Combining my love of travel and a belief that women are seeking more, I created Flightpath, a travel company that inspires, challenges, and guides women as we pursue our truest selves.
I still have plenty of days not knowing what’s ahead, but I’m embracing my curiosity and courage as I step into what’s next with purpose.
